Of course we all have very different likes and dislikes; fragrance combinations are a matter of personal taste. However, there are some general guidelines that could help you to create what I like to call a pleasing "scent melody".
~Keep it in the family ~
For example..if you are burning a bakery scent in the hallway..stay within that family of scents. I burn Chocoholic in the foyer, Blonde Brownie in the dining room, and Vanilla Walnut in the living room.
~ Blending it in~
As a general rule of thumb, florals blend well with most any fragrance; spa scents and floral fragrances play beautifully together. My last blend was Lavender, Pink Sugar, and Tulips. Those fragrances combined to create a complex and pleasing combination.
