Are you looking for a unique product that will not require any out of pocket expense for your organization?

So How Does It Work?
There are no minimum purchase requirements. Down South provides full color order forms , and full
descriptions of the fragrances to be offered. You may choose the scents OR Down South will gladly put together a top "smeller" package.
The average time slotted for fundraiser's is 3-4 weeks. During that time orders are taken, and payment is collected.
At the conclusion, simply deduct 40% of the money collected ( your portion), and send the rest to Down South Candle Company. The order is poured fresh as soon as payment has been received. Most orders are completed within three weeks. Need them sooner? No problem! Just let your Down South fundraising specialist know the desired time frame. We work hard to give you what you need when you need it!
Delivery Charges
There are never any shipping charges with Down South. Ever.
Are Samples Available?
Absolutely! We provide a small sampling of each fragrance to be offered with your event. We do ask that you pay for the shipping, and provide a credit card number that Down South will keep on file until the conclusion of your event. Should you decide not to use Down South for your fundraising needs, simply return the samples . Once the samples and sales materials are received, your file will be closed. We will not charge for any materials and samples that are returned. However, should the event not be completed and samples not returned, Down South reserves the right to charge a predetermined amount to the card on file for the organization.
Keeping It Fresh
We update our fragrance selection with every season giving your organization the ability to increase sales based on consumer demand.
The candles are contained in the ever popular travel tin ; this container is stylish and much easier for children to distribute.
Fragrances are packaged by the case making the sorting of the product so much easier on parents and other volunteers.
More Options Than The Other Companies
Don't have the time to take orders? Let us set up a "virtual fundraiser " for you! We set up a web site for
supporters to visit and shop from using a code created especially for you. You have access to track sales throughout the event. Down South processes the orders and ships directly to the customer. What do we need from you? A photo of your group and a mission statement that will let supporters know why you are raising money. There is no cost for this option, and it can also be used in conjunction with the normal "order taking" fund raisers. Don't want to use the travel tins?We'll gladly customize your event to your specifications. You choose the product, scent, and container. We can even apply your school or organizations label at no additional charge. What could be easier than this?
Repeat the Success
If it works keep doing it! When you book your repeat event with Down South, your portion increases to 50% .
